Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier. 4d888 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Before processing any withdrawal, 4d888 may require you to submit one or more of the following:

• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days).

General betting rules include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 4d888 is not responsible for bets placed in error, including incorrect selections, incorrect stake amounts, or accidental duplicates.
• In the event of a technical error during a live betting session, 4d888 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the player's account.
• For sports betting (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, UFC, and other markets), all results are determined at the final whistle or event conclusion. Any subsequent appeals, result reversals by governing bodies, or disciplinary decisions do not affect the original settlement outcome unless specifically stated in sport-specific rules.
• Live in-play odds are subject to change without notice. Stakes are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment the bet is confirmed.
• Mix Parlay (accumulator) bets are void if any selection is suspended, cancelled, or if the minimum number of valid legs falls below the stated requirement.
• Maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day are set by category and are available upon request from customer support.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 4d888 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own name or the name of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing mistakes (commonly known as "palpable errors" or "palp errors") to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, including but not limited to matched betting using Platform bonuses.
• Colluding with other players in any game format, including poker, live dealer tables, or sports betting syndicates, in a manner designed to defraud the Platform.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose.
• Chargebacks — initiating payment reversals through your bank or payment provider without first attempting resolution through 4d888 customer support. Chargebacks are treated as fraud.
• Sharing account credentials, selling accounts, or transferring account balances to other users.
• Accessing the Platform in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law without appropriate authorisation.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 4d888 and its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Changes to applicable laws or regulations that affect a user's ability to access or use the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 4d888 takes reasonable steps to maintain Platform uptime and data integrity, no warranty — express or implied — is made regarding uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Upon account termination for breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is established, verified balances will be refunded to the player's registered payment method after deducting any outstanding bonuses or outstanding fees, if applicable.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact our support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 2 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised dispute resolution body, as designated by the Operator. The arbitration process shall be conducted in English.
